Improvement in QD Non-specific Binding

Alpha-actinin Alexa 488 Rabbit Psoas Muscle Fiber Part II

On Monday, I mounted and coverslipped the alpha-actinin/alexa488 muscle fibers I stained last week. They were stored in PBS solution in the fridge over the weekend. Both the fixed and unfixed alexa labelled muscle fibers retained their fluorescence pretty well. more »
