STORM, DIC and LED images of mouse hippocampal neurons (Tau labeled with Alexa 488)

Ok, so we took a DIC, LED (normal widefield), and STORM image of the process coming off a cell body.

Samples we just received…

I took a couple of stacks of images to get a feel for how the sample reacted to the laser. Next time will hopefully provide even better results, but these seem promising. What is labeled on the slides? Also, are more »
